Compared with the single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve, the valve has double the lifting force due to the double-layer cylinder structure. This fundamentally solves the problem that some valve plates of the single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve are wedged in the valve body and cannot be opened. And because the valve has a buffer mechanism, it can effectively reduce the time of closing the valve. The wear of the sealing surface of the valve plate and the sealing surface of the valve body caused by the downward impact of the piston can also avoid the phenomenon that the gate is stuck.

1. The valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, gate, valve stem, sealing ring, double-layer cylinder and its piston, piston rod, diaphragm, buffer mechanism, manual mechanism, pneumatic-manual switching device and valve cover stuffing box. device and other components.
2. When the upper piston travels to the upper end of the stroke, the upper feedback device can be pushed up to make it send a signal; the lower end of the stroke of the lower piston can push down the lower feedback device to send a signal, which is used as the gate valve opening and closing information in the central operating room displayed on the analog instrument panel.
3. The rise and fall of the outstretched indicator rod on the upper part of the handwheel indicates whether the gate of the valve is in the rising state or the falling state. When the gate valve is closed, the outrigger indicator rod is in the low position; on the contrary, when the gate valve is fully opened, the outrigger indicator rod is in the high position. This is the on-site indication of the opening and closing status of the valve.
4. The upper part of the cylinder head is equipped with a pneumatic CC manual conversion device. Lift the conversion handle clockwise to A pneumatic @ positioning hole positioning, the gate valve is in the pneumatic operation state; on the contrary, lift the conversion handle counterclockwise to A manual @ positioning hole positioning, the gate valve can be manually operated. Handles with bevel gears switch in the opposite direction. When manually operating the gate valve, the handwheel rotation is the same as that of general manual valves, that is, clockwise to close, and counterclockwise to open. Opposite of rotation with bevel gears.
