Pneumatic Double Disc Valve Exhaust Ash Valve

The ceramic double gate discharge valve/ Exhaust Ash Valve uses the external power provided by the cylinder or the handwheel, and the valve stem drives the valve plate to move up and down to realize the opening and closing of the valve. During the valve opening and closing process, the preload of the spring set between the double gates is the valve plate. It is in close contact with the valve seat to achieve sealing. Among them, and because the valve body is eccentric to the channel, when the material is opened and discharged, a vortex will be generated, and the formed material vortex will clean the inner cavity of the valve by itself. All these features make this valve have a long service life and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.

Structural features of ceramic double gate discharge valve/  Exhaust Ash Valve:

1. The valve plate and valve seat are made of toughened engineering ceramics, with excellent erosion resistance and wear resistance;

2. A spring is arranged between the two gates, and the two-way flexible pre-tightening pressure of the spring is used to realize the self-tightening seal, with low-pressure two-way sealing, and no jamming and dust accumulation during the opening and closing process;

3. During the valve opening and closing process, the valve plate rotates and the valve seat is evenly run-in, and the sealing performance is durable;

4. The sealing surface in the dry powder medium wears evenly during frequent opening and closing, with high closing and sealing performance and long service life;

5. The valve body adopts an eccentric design for the channel. When the valve plate is opened to discharge the material, a material vortex will be generated, and the material vortex will clean the jammed material in the valve body cavity. In addition, a soot blowing port is designed to facilitate removal by an external air source. Used for dust accumulation in the valve and valve maintenance.

The ceramic double gate discharge valve is mainly used for the feeding, discharging and conveying pipelines of dry powder materials. It is used to cut off and connect the medium channel.
